Yea I have finally hit the 100 post mark!
Now I didn't intend this to happen but here is a question. As you may know I'm on Facebook. Now it seems that my previous previous employer found me there. Now I wouldn't have a problem but it is the Director of IT that found me which I particularly don't like. Here is the question is it better to just leave the friend request hanging or should I reject it?

He won't know what you did either way. All he'll know is that he hasn't gotten a friend confirmation. You might as well reject it so you don't have to see it every day.
